SHIPPING
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and dispatch. Purchases made on weekends, and U.S. national and federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.
Standard shipping takes 2-10 business days to reach destinations within the United States, depending on your location. Shipping times do not include dispatch times, during high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary.
REFUND POLICY
At Quémalo, we strive to create high-quality, handcrafted candles that bring joy and fragrance to your home. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please note we also do not offer refunds for personal preference of the product. However, we’ll be more than happy to replace or refund products damaged during transit. If your candle was damaged during shipment, please contact us at info@quemalo.co with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.
