FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

CANDLES & SUSTAINABILITY

  • We use 100% recyclable materials, limit the use of plastics in manufacturing, packaging, and shipping. We only use natural 100% plant based wax with no additives, petroleum by-products, or palm oil. Our wood wicks are FSC-certified. We also make our candle in small batches to decrease waste and our environmental impact. We are constantly working to improve our sustainable practices.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

  • We currently partner with USPS. We are looking to add additional shipping partners in the near future. The shipping cost is dependent on your location. You will see the shipping fee before you checkout.

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders should be received within 7 business days of purchase.

  • If you need to change your order, please email info@quemalo.co as soon as possible. If we have not processed your order, we should be able to assist in the order change. If the order has already been processed, please see our returns section.

  • Please allow 10 business days for your candle to arrive. If it has not arrived by 10 business days, contact us.

  • We are currently shipping only within the United States. We plan to ship internationally in the future.

  • We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Amazon Pay.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We accept returns on defective or damaged items. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item. We request that you send pictures of the defective item. We will replace the candle or offer a refund. Please visit our Shipping & Returns guide for more info.
